Pick up the problem by its size


Earlier I wrote that the problem should be chosen taking into account its growth through their implementation. However, this applies only to ambitious people who are able to find a flexible solution or workaround. T. e. it was a tip for 1-2% of people. The majority bases its work from simpler assumptions: the job done, to get some kind of reward, and immediately forget about the work performed.

Council for such workers is different. Choose the task at their size and their ability. If you can not or do not know how - just give up. This will save you a lot of his time and, most importantly, keep an excellent reputation for its professional expertise.

It is pleasant, of course, knowing how to program sites, take and customize your corporate network or draw a design business cards. But if it is not for you - better to give up and find another version of the application 's own forces.

After all, what you end up with? . And like an incredibly simple task suddenly stretched over time and becomes extremely difficult and complex not only technically, but because of the corrupt relationship with the producer of the problem - and the chain of these people can be very long.

And then everyone is looking for excuses. Employee babbles something about the fuzzy formulation of the problem, the employer accuses an employee of stupidity, client impatience, themselves - in the inability to find an employee. Hurt, but just something I had to say NO when you slip the fact that you can not do.
